Tranquility Health pleased to offer Registered Massage Therapy Victoria from our treatment room at Unit 306-771 Vernon Ave. near Uptown. We're conveniently located just off the Pat Bay highway, and you can find us by turning into the Gateway Village Plaza which offers customers plenty of free parking.

Our treatment space is located next door to the Mind, Body and Spine Chiropractic Clinic, and the Active Rehab Sports Physio Clinic is also within walking distance in the same complex.

We're open Monday through Saturday, and available for new Registered Massage Therapy bookings during the day, evenings, and Saturday mornings to best suit your schedule.

Cancellation Policy

Please Provide a Minimum of 24 Hours Notice to Reschedule or Cancel Your Appointment

At Tranquility Health, we understand that sometimes our clients may need to cancel their appointments unexpectedly, and that's perfectly fine. We request that you provide us with a minimum of 24 hours notice if you need to reschedule or cancel an upcoming appointment.

This policy has been set in place because it can be difficult for us to fill late cancellations or changes to the appointment at the last minute. Of course, we are happy to make exceptions if you're feeling unwell or if an emergency arises. Still, under these special circumstances, we do ask for as much notice as possible.

Please note that clients who fail to show up for their appointment and do not contact their therapist beforehand could be charged a no-show fee at the therapist's discretion, and may also require a credit card on file for future bookings.

Contact your therapist directly with questions regarding our 24-hour cancellation policy. We thank you for being considerate with your bookings and appreciate your understanding on this matter.
