Ryan Walsworth is a registered massage therapist and co-owner of Tranquility Health Massage Therapy in Royal Oak, Victoria. 

He approaches each session with kindness and empathy, taking time to listen carefully to your concerns and working with you to gain consent to treatment, establishing goals that align with your specific areas of concern.  

He is known for his calm and compassionate demeanour, and his use of gentle yet firm pressure can be effective in managing symptoms related to muscle pain, fatigue, and stress, while always aiming to promote general relaxation during treatment.

Ryan completed his Registered Massage Therapy education at OVCMT in November 2021, earning his Registered Massage Therapist (RMT) designation on May 4th, 2022. He continues to update his education in massage therapy by attending several courses each year that are within the scope of practice for registered massage therapists in British Columbia. 

He has recently completed several courses in the past year relating to:

• Fascial assessment and mobilization focusing on the thoracic region
• The breath and its relationship to fascial and muscular tension 
• Cultural sensitivity awareness
• Ongoing courses on obtaining informed consent for massage treatment
• Advanced hydrotherapy treatment modalities using warm and cool stone applications
• Advanced TMJ-specific assessment and treatment techniques (Course begins in April 2025)
