FEE UPDATE – EFFECTIVE JUNE 1, 2026

At Tranquility Health, our work has always been rooted in care, consistency, and clinical excellence. To continue offering thoughtful, high-quality Registered Massage Therapy—while staying aligned with industry standards and insurance reimbursement adjustments—we will implement a modest fee change.

Beginning June 1, 2026, the rates for our 50 and 60-minute Registered Massage Therapy treatments will increase from $126 + GST to $131 + GST ($137.55).

This adjustment reflects the ongoing evolution of our profession and allows us to maintain the calm, professional environment and standard of care you have come to expect. If you have any questions about this change, we invite you to speak with your therapist at the beginning of your next session. We’re always happy to have an open conversation.

Cancellation Policy

Please Provide a Minimum of 24 Hours Notice to Reschedule or Cancel Your Appointment

We kindly ask for a minimum of 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a cancellation fee at the discretion of your Registered Massage Therapist.

Missed appointments and late cancellations are not covered by insurance providers.

This policy helps ensure appointment availability for other clients in Royal Oak and the Greater Victoria area.
